Stacey is the executive director and founder of Reins From Above. She has been involved with therapeutic riding for over 6 years. Her background is in the medical field and she is a registered NARHA instructor. She lives in Smithfield with her husband Paul of 21 years and their 3 children, Nick 19, Lindsey 16 and Taylor 14 (that often volunteers). She has 3 dogs, 3 horses and often finds it hard to say "no" to an animal that needs a home.
